I once again chose the Crowne Plaza Beijing Hotel, and every time I stayed, I felt the warmth of home. This time, I mainly brought my family to Beijing for medical treatment. Due to the high-quality stay experience last time, I chose it directly for my family without hesitation. After learning about the reason for bringing our family to Beijing, the hotel duty managerEdword Du, considering the patient's needs, upgraded our room type and gave us a fruit platter as a gift to alleviate the family's anxiety caused by medical treatment. This journey was very successful, and we are very grateful for Edword service. Next time we come to Beijing, this will still be our first choice.

If you need an overnight hotel near the airport , it is a good option . We had some time during the day and took a taxi to the city, which wasn’t that faraway .

Absolutely fantastic breakfast. Nice large hotel. Free airport transfer (allthough it gave us some issues). No questions asked switch of rooms after we concluded people had smoked in our initial room.

- The staff were extremely helpful. They tried their best to speak English to accommodate my needs, and were very polite. I am really grateful for this! - The room was beautiful and clean. - The bed was comfortable and soft and I had a really good time winding down at night. - The hotel is around a 15-min drive from the airport. There are several small malls in the area as well e.g. Euro Plaza.

Beautiful spacious hotel close to airport with a shuttle bus running to and from what is very convenient for a transit stay guests. The room was big and clean with really comfortable bed, nice bathroom with shower & tub, everything was working well, no noises from the street - perfect for relaxation. Hotel has Japanese restaurant, cafe, gym, decent size swimming pool & sauna.

The location, room style/cleanliness and facilities were all excellent, including the great breakfast dining and in-hotel restaurants. What truly made it an awesome experience, were the staff who really tried their best to make the experience special. I especially appreciate the help from Vincent, who went above and beyond to make sure my partner and I had a good time in terms of convenience and services. It’s the best stay I have had in Beijing in the past few years; it’s a hotel I am sure to be returning again in the future.

I quite enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was new, spacious and clean; and the location is close to airport and subway, with the latter being in walking distance. The highlight of my stay had undoubtedly been the excellent customer service I received from the staff, particularly Mr Vincent Song whose professionalism and patience both impressed me a great deal and helped me through a challenging situation. It is an easy recommendation to make for those looking for an comfortable and all-in-all excellent stay in Beijing.

It is comfortable stay in connection flight. It is quet and relaxing place. I used sauna that made my rest time much better. Hotel is big and have a nice interior. The staff pay atention to me.

Due to my carelessness, I left my backpack in the taxi and I was very anxious. It was the hotel's EdWord that helped me contact and return it. I am very grateful to EdWord and highly appreciate the staff's ability to handle things. Any other issues with the hotel are not a big deal, as the service staff are really good

The hotel is excellent and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There are quite a number of restaurants around including KFC, Pizza Hut, and many Chinese restaurants. Shuttles from hotel to airport are provided.
